What's better than FIVE girls with attitude, kicking asses, sucker punching, fighting samurais and baddies armed with looks that could kill?

Try having SIX of them!!

Oh yes, a new sucker punching, kicking asses, awesome gal had joined the team. She's dangerous, she's agile, she's the best yet. She's Nana Eddy!!

BUT she has yet to prove herself.

1st up. to join the team, she needs to suit up! Like these gals

She must blend in, she musn't over shadow the leader....

Proton n Perodua - our Pride or Our Shame?

This is gonna be another short post.

I know zit to none about cars, except for something here n there i picked up while listening to others talk.

By my standard, although Proton or Perodua is not exactly a luxury car, I would say it is okay - despite the widely known poor quality of the "tin-car" body and etc. In a way, I do feel proud that Malaysia is able to become the ONLY car-producing country in SEA. I really, really do.

Look, I know the cars are not that good, or up to par with other makes - but I never knew how much until I stumbled upon this site from UK...

Yikes, harsh.... What an awful review!! I wished I didn't read this, seriously. I went through other car's review from the site and couldn't find a worst review than this. FML.

Haisy~ at first my thought was "now I'm not sure if I should be proud or ashamed"

BUT, then I started to go around the WWW and read reviews on the car and I find myself smiling. I thought "hey, it's JUST an opinion. Who cares?" As long as YOU like it, scratch whatever everyone is saying. Really, no one knows what you need, what you want and what you can, better than yourselves. And furthermore, aside from the terrible review, there are a lot of good ones as well. So take your time and look around.

It's late, and brat without sufficient sleep won't be fun at all. Take care now!

Pre CNY Lou Sang Dinner with Inniters!

I am in no way a Chinese.

There are no direct lineage in my family related by blood is Chinese.

BUT. 

That doesn't mean I won't have a freakin awesome time with my Chinese friends!!!

Last Friday, we had our little innit gathering at Sri Melaka, One Utama. They were sweet and considerate enough think about me and Teh Tarik the two minorities who will be joining them and find a halal place to eat. (I love you alls!!) I for one had never been to a lou sang before, although I do know a bit on how it works.

NOTICE: Most of the pictures here do not belong to me. Since I didn't bring my camera that day (which I really regretted) I took the pictures from other's blog and facebook(s). They are :- Jayren, Xing, Melissa, Tehtarik, Stephanie, Carmen, babebaboon.

Anyway, arriving gracefully late, (I was the last to arrive), I saw a number of more than 30 people in red at the place, conquering half of the place, and 4 large tables.  It was a super sight to behold!

What is most awesome is that, we were all

youths,

bloggers,

Inniters,

Nuffnangers,

and

Malaysians!!

So what does a little difference in religion or beliefs or race matters?

Absolutely NOTHING!

All of us had fun.

All of us wear something in red (almost)

All of us joined in to mix up the yee sang as high as we could

and most importantly, all of us were there.

Being the brat that has a very soft spot for the prettiness~ I can't help myself from taking picture with the most pretty guy there. Edwin CK - model, photographer and blogger. I knew he was pretty from his pictures, but I find myself eyeing him whenever he walks by. He's sooo pretty! lols. Super leng zai I tell you! 

My sis saw this and said "he's prettier than u!" FML

Apart from him, of course, the other girls there won't lose to him (well, except for the brat).

Sweetness of a rendezvous @ Whisk

I had the most sweetest early dinner in my whole life...

At a little sweet cafe called the Whisk.

Accompanied by the sweetest, cutest guy ever!!!

My life seemed like an abundance of sweetness~~

Our 2nd rendezvous.

I made another date to have another rendezvous with the ever cutie pie FikriFayi (blogger cum photographer) for a hunt for macaroons. After reviewing and searching and asking (mostly to uncle google) we decided to go to Empire Shopping Gallery.

Tucked at almost a corner at Lower Ground level of Empire Shopping Gallery is a small cafe called Whisk. I had been reading review about this little cafe, so I was highly anticipating the trip there that day.

I knew it was going to be a small cafe, but I was so shocked to see how small it is!

Nevertheless the concept and the interior is very much inviting, and it gives us a whole different feeling than any other cafes in Malaysia.

As I stepped into the cafe, the the very fragrant aroma of coffee filled my nose. It is not those like the overwhelming ones you can smell when you walk by Starbucks or Coffee Bean, it was so soft, and I just love the way it smelled in there.

Even the little beautiful mess in their cafe made me feel so at ease...

Anyway, we went there to try the so-much-talked-about Macaroons there. We tried a piece of each flavors - there were six. strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, peanut butter, salted caramel and blueberry.

and it was sooooo sweeet!. Fikri loved the vanilla flavor and we both really like the chocolate one. If you guys have a craving for sweets. Definitely try these. If I didn't order a cup of Coffee Latte, I would not be able to eat sweet food for days! (because I don't usually take a lot of sweets).

I have to admit, that the price is a bit expensive for my budget. My coffee latte cost me RM10, and 6pc of macaroons cost me RM12. Oh yeah, and Fikri ordered a piece of pizza (which was quite good) at RM14.40.

Although I don't fancy sweets that much (especially expensive ones) I think Whisk is worth the visit. In fact I plan to go there again and have give their ever popular red velvet cake a try.
